The PMDTiSmart is the ultimate solution for intelligent, efficient, and standardised online testing for substation operators. This Wireless Smart Sensor is capable of providing autonomous online testing, forming a wireless smart sensor network that periodically samples asset condition data from Electric Power Equipment. The collected data is transmitted wirelessly to the PMDTCloud via cellular or ethernet for advanced diagnostics.

The system offers two methods of data collection: the Local Data Collection Unit (LDCU), installed on-site to collect, analyse, process, store, and upload data from smart sensors, or the Handheld Data Collection Unit (HDCU), which wirelessly gathers detection data and uploads it to the PMDTCloud or software for further analysis.
