Job Title: Service & Support, Junior Technician
Purpose of The Job: 6 months contract, with potential to extend
The Role:
As were currently expanding and growing, were seeking a junior Service Technician at NVMS, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our cutting-edge equipment and systems. With comprehensive I house training, your responsibilities will include but not limited to.
- Problem solving
- Repairing, maintaining and servicing a variety of equipment
- Provide technical assistance to support our services and sales team.
- Troubleshooting & Repair
- Assistance with onsite Preventative Maintenance
- Packaged solution builds
- Documentation & Reporting
- Compliance & Safety
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Secondary education, entry level service technician or a similar technical role
- Ability to learn our fleet of product
- Attention to detail using initiative with a hands-on approach
- Strong technical skills
- Troubleshooting across various product portfolio’s
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid manual driver's license and the willingness to travel when necessary.
- Excellent computer literacy.
