Job Title: Service & Support, Junior Technician

Purpose of The Job: 6 months contract, with potential to extend

The Role:

As were currently expanding and growing, were seeking a junior Service Technician at NVMS, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our cutting-edge equipment and systems. With comprehensive I house training, your responsibilities will include but not limited to.

• Problem solving
• Repairing, maintaining and servicing a variety of equipment
• Provide technical assistance to support our services and sales team.
• Troubleshooting & Repair
• Assistance with onsite Preventative Maintenance
• Packaged solution builds
• Documentation & Reporting
• Compliance & Safety

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Secondary education, entry level service technician or a similar technical role
• Ability to learn our fleet of product
• Attention to detail using initiative with a hands-on approach
• Strong technical skills
• Troubleshooting across various product portfolio’s
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid manual driver's license and the willingness to travel when necessary.
• Excellent computer literacy.
